If the person got cirrhosis because of hepatitis B or C, body fluids might contain tghe hepatitis virus, and if that fluid gets into the other person's body via a cut in the skin or if it splashes in the eye, chances are that the 2nd person gets infected with the virus. But, if cirrhosis is a result of alcoholic liver disease, it's not contagious. However generally you wouldn't want to get in contact with another person's body fluids in general.
