I hope I will be permitted to live until my children are grown and have established lives of their own. But I know that if God takes me before then, He will take care of them, better than I ever could. I am ready to be with the Lord in the moment He calls me. Death has no dread for me.

I would have worded the question differently. To be with Jesus is certainly the ultimate goal, but I would say I look forward to being with Him in Person, not to the death part.
1Cr 15:26 The last enemy [that] shall be destroyed [is] death.
It is most commendable that you would give your life for Jesus. But I would rather live for Him all the way to the rapture. What say you?
Jhn 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have [it] more abundantly.
This verse applies to this life, so lets look to God for a better life while we are here on Earth.
I Cr 13;8a

Some days I do. Yesterday I had a migraine and believe me, I was thinking about it. Thank God my head is better today. Honestly, God has given me a beautiful life. There are some days when I'm weary, tired or hurting, but I'm content to wait for His timing with regard to the number of my days.

Woah, that's just sick! Death is not something to be looked forward to, you do not know what exactly happens after death...no one does. What if this is the only life you have?
You would do well to focus more on life and trying to make the world a better place. Life on Earth is only depressing if you let it be so.
So no, I do not look forward to death. I look forward to LIFE.

Can't say that I do. If I did, I could certainly find many ways to speed the process up.

Amen. Me too.
You know through out history, men (and women) have found it easier to die for our faith though than to live for it.

Death sounds good to me. Never heard a dead man complain about being dead.
No heaven. No hell. Just... dead.
