Go into a medical supply store and purchase some outer supply stuff to hold it together and just use anything underneath to make it look like a cast, remember it needs to look the same width all around in the area of the cast. Or see if anyone has an old one they saved and just put that on and cover it up with a new coating of fresh covering.

im not sure if it works, but take a lot of white cotton-y fluffy thing...like the inside of a stuffed animal...then wrap it around ur arm, then cover it tightly with a bandage...just dont block ur circulation...
