I know these have been asked a lot but what do you women feel about the age difference between a 30 yr old woman and 25 yr old guy (me) ? I know it's only 5 years but I've heard that when women hit 30 they start looking for more "mature" guys. Any insght is appreciated....

Thats a very general question, depends on the woman. suddenly at thirty asome switch doesn't turn on and we start thinking about older men. WE like what we like when we like it go for it dude

One guideline that I heard was the "divide by two, add seven" rule. For example, if you are 25 years old, this criteria would give you 19 years old as the age of the youngest person you should be dating. It works for either party. In this case, if she is 30, then the criteria would give you 22 years old as the minimum.
It was something to kick around while in school, but nobody really took it too seriously, especially when we got older. My friend is 24 and his wife is 32 (she's pretty immature for her age); my girlfriend's sister is 21 and her boyfriend is 32 (she's pretty mature for her age). So I've never put much thought into the age of anyone that I'm looking to date. Those relationships don't seem to fail any more or less often than any others.
It's really about how well you get along and if you are at similar stages in your lives. Life happens at different paces to everyone.

there isn't any regulation that asserts a 17 (or 18, 19, and so on.) can not DATE a 13 year previous, that would desire to be completely as much as her mom and dad. The regulation in Ohio defines statutory attack as an 18 year previous enticing in sexual habit with somebody between the a while of 13 and sixteen

True. They are less tolerant of "immature" guys who just play and work little, all of which means that they don't like to pay your bills. They also like more mature conversations about all topics as they may find guys older than they can offer.

I am 28 and I was with a 21 year old, I found him interesting and fun to be with....If you enjoy being with her really five years won't make a difference....
