Certain states will allow younger workers to do things like bus tables and wash dishes if the parent signs a concent form.

Cutting grass and washing cars are good ways to do it. Cleaning houses, walking dogs, delivering newspapers all may be good sources of income for you too.
As far as stores that allow minors to work - you'll have to check with some stores in your area. There are laws governing how many hours minors can work - so depending on where you live the law may be different. So check around and online to see where you might be able to work.
Will your parents let you do chores? Or are there maybe other things you can do for your folks that they'll pay you for? That's where I started...

You need working papers but honestly, you can make money babysitting. If you are female, you can make like 10 dollars an hr. Are you male? You may be able to be a CIT in the summer or even a caddy at the golf course?

babysitting is one way,but it can drive you crazy. Have your parents sell some of your old stuff like clothes that are still in good condition on Ebay to make you a few extra bucks. I quit my job to be a stay at home mom and I make extra spending money selling the clothes my kids grow out of on Ebay. Good luck!

You can babysitt. I don't know about your state, but here in Illinois, you can get a real job! How about that. You can work at a grocery store, the movie theater, the mall, what would you like to do?
