i need to use steam to get my naturally curly hair to curl more.

Yes, hair steamers do exist, many are professional salon quality, but also good for home use. There are several on the market. Including mini travel hair steamers.

Yup. It's called a steam iron, like the ones you use on your clothes. Just be really careful, steam burns hurt.

What I do is right after I get out of the shower I lightly dry it with a towel (but not too much). Them I put frizz smoother stuff ( I recommend SILK) and put gel in my hair to make it stay. It might be different for you but it worked for me!

you dont need steam. its bad for your hair too. you will find it will straighten with steam. just use a fine mister ( like you fine in a plant store ) and dampen your hair and then finish with a spritz, do this with your head upside down.
