I have to Write a negative message to the phone company about charges that should not have been on your last month's bill. for my writing class
Please HELP!!!!!!!!!

The important points of a complaint letter are:

1. What are you complaining about? Provide the facts, not your anger.
2. What did you expect and what did you actually get.
3. What do you want them to do about it? Do you want a credit on your bill? Do you want them to send a technician out to look at the problem? etc.
4. How important is this to you? Are you threatening to pull your business, contact an attorney, or just be an unhappy customer?
