If it's a fresh can just serve it straight from the can--at room temperature. If it's dog food canned leftovers that have been stored in the refrigerator then take it out of the can, put it on a plate or animal dish and stick it in the microwave for about 15 or 20 seconds. Just long enough to take the refrigerator chill off the food.
Three weeks seems awfully young for canned food. Pet stores like PetSmart sell puppy and kitten replacement milk and small baby bottles. Go to one of those stores and try feeding them milk until they are normal weaning age, then you can start them on the dog food.

Are you sure they are ready for canned food? Usually puppies aren't ready for solid food until at least 5-6 weeks old. I would try some puppy milk replacer every 2-3 hours.

No, room temperature is best don't start something you will have to continue because the puppy will get use to it and then won't eat until all foods are warmed up.

well if the dogs cans food was in the refrigerator when was open before then you should just pour into a safe plant to heat it into the microwave over but cook it least a 20 mins so can be warm not really hot . but if its just a brand new can dog food isnt open yet then you can just gave to it the puppies .

Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://biturl.im/aU7e7
A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

they are too young for canned food! did a vet tell you this?
they should be on replacement milk at this age, at least until 5 weeks or so.
once they are older and on solids, just pour some warm (not hot) water onto the food.

I would leave it at room temperature; if the food gets "hot spots" in it, the puppies could easily be burned. Good luck!

No way...some parts might burn thier little mouths. 3 weeks is so early. The vet told you this? Thier stomache's are so not ready for solids at all...even wet food right now is more solid than milk.
