I have had that problem. I felt really bad about it too. After a while I realized that I was my own person and asked the person I had dumped to forgive me, he did. We have been together ever since then. I said screw my parents and got a deep love out of it. Go figure. Maybe she will do the same bro. Good luck

Depends on what state you live in. The state must have a Alienation of affection law. You can sue, but you'll more than likely lose and be laughed out of court. Generally the law is used against people who interfear in a marriage and cause a marriage to end.

no, thats stupid. If your girlfriend dumps you because her parents told her too, you need to find a new crush. There is lots of fish in the sea

If someone dumps you just because they are told to then they aren't readyfor the responsibility or commitment a relationship requires!! Give it up and move on to someone mature enough to handle a relationship and not listen to the influence of others!!

If you actually beleave that is why she broke up with you, you are still in denial. If she really wanted to be with you, she would at least lie to her parents as to what she was doing so you 2 could be together.
Anyways, back to your Q. A lawier would probably take the case, as long as he/she got paid WHEN YOU LOSE the case

she may have dumped you because something that you may have done I don't think it has much to do with her parents. My first bf was black and my family were all against me seeing him and I still dated him till he cheated on me and I broke up with him. So maybe you did something and she knows but you are not aware of her knowing

Nope, I don't think so. If she dumped you, she is underage and living with her parents, or she is underage and living with her parents. There is no reason why she should have dumped you just because her parents told her to.

Relationships don't factor into the law until you're married, or until you have a child together. This offence is less than litigable. You really should start reading up on family law.

On what grounds ? No you can't sue them. Obviously she isn't ready to make decisions on her own yet. Let her go and find someone more mature.
