Its funny you should ask that...I had the same problem. Its hard because a puppy will be a puppy....they LOVE to chew! Maybe take him out on a leash and walk him where there are no sticks to chew. If you let him out to play, give him a bone or toy outside so that he'll have something better to chew on rather than a stick. I don't know about your dog but mine wouldn't swallow the sticks. She would just chew it and spit it out....so I just gave up. She eventually grew out of it. Good luck!

He is more than likely teething. And, this is normal. However, do you, at home, have some chew toys for your pup? When your pup goes out-for a walk, or in your yard? If it's in your yard, you could go out and get those sticks picked up and out of your yard on a day before you let the pup out for the 2nd, 3rd time of the day. If when going for walks? It sounds like something that is normal for a pup while teething. You can keep your pup busy when going for a walk. If this continues to be a problem, please feel free to call your vet and ask what to do further. Take care.
