Go to Ebay they have cameras for free shipping and handling. My mom got hers for only $10!

You are not going to get the quality of a $400 camera for $100. Good picture quality is very subjective. If you want a camera just for week-ends and occasional outings for $100 try Canon Powershot A530 or Fugifilm Finepix A500.

For a $100 you get what you pay for, and its not much. Picture quality will lack tremdously behind cameras $200 range. I recommond you dont buy a camera for S100, its a waste of money at that range. $200-300 are where there decent cameras are.
