Bailey's B52 Layered Drink
This layered drink uses Kahlua, Bailey's, and Grand Marnier. You can do them in anything from a 1:1:1 ration to putting in 1/2oz Baileys to 3/4oz Kahlua to 1oz Grand Marnier.

Bailey's Comet Layered Drink
This is one of the coolest recipes I've ever seen! Not only is it delicious, but it makes an amazing sparkling fireworks spectacular!

1/2 oz Bailey's
1/2 oz Goldschlager
1 splash Bacardi 151 Rum
cinnamon

Get a solid glass - you're going to be setting this on fire! Put it on a plate to catch the cinnamon. Now add in the Bailey's first. With a spoon, gently layer the Goldschlager on top of this. Then put a very slight layer of 151 Rum on the very top. This is quite flammable and will be the part that flames.

Put a little rum into a spoon and with a match carefully light this on fire. Then gently "pour" the flaming rum into the glass. Now your glass is on fire! But it gets even better!

Now get a container of cinnamon and sprinkle it down on the glass. The cinnamon will sparkle as it hits the flames!

Baileys Alexander Recipe
Bailey's is a delicious cream-whiskey blend that makes for a smooth, wonderful recipe base. The Bailey's Alexander cocktail blends together Baileys Irish Cream and Cognac. It's gentle, delicious and perfect for sipping.

2oz Baileys Irish Cream
1oz Cognac

Shake the two together and serve over ice in a short glass. Enjoy!

The hummer is constructed with

2 oz Frangelico
2 oz Bailey's
2 oz Kahlua
1 scoop ice cream

There are actually several recipes for hummers but most have these basic ingredients and are topped with ice cream or whipped cream. This one is my favorite!

Bailey's Irish Flag Drink
This is a REALLY cool shot that looks like the Irish flag - green, white and orange - when you layer it properly!

1/3 shot green Creme de Menthe
1/3 shot Bailey's
1/3 shot Grand Marnier

Start with the green Creme de Menthe. Then slowly add in the Bailey's, pouring down the side of the glass or over a spoon so it doesn't mix in. When that layer is in, do the same thing to gently add the Grand Marnier. It's hard to see in the photo but it looks really cool!

Loch Ness Monster Recipe
This is a cool layered drink with delicious flavors!

1/3 shot midori
1/3 shot Bailey's
1/3 shot chartreuse

Put in the midori first. Next, gently pour the Bailey's down the side of the glass so it layers on top of the Midori. Do the same thing with the Chartreuse to form the final, top layer. Chartreuse is an herbal liqueur made in France.

Enjoy!

Bailey's Red Bird Layered Drink
Warning on this one - pineapple juice of course mixed with cream causes a curdling effect. You are going to get a texture in this drink.

2oz Baileys
1/2oz vodka
1oz pineapple juice

Baileys Grasshopper had Irish Cream but you could use Mint Chocolate Irish Cream instead.
I love Bailey's Irish Cream. It's smooth and delicious tasting. This great recipe contains not only Bailey's, but also Godiva chocolate liqueur and creme de menthe. It's named a Grasshopper after the classic drink combination of cocoa, mint and cream with a whiskey base.

2oz Baileys Irish Cream
1/2oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1/2oz Creme de Menthe

Shake all three ingredients together with ice. together and serve over ice in a short glass. Enjoy!

I just love it in my coffee, it brings out the mint chocolate flavor. Pour it over cappicino gelato, or put it in the blender with some ice,a scoop of icecream, a shot of instant coffee or espresso, and some chocolate chips, yummy!

You know what sounds like a yummy idea? Try mixing it with double fudge chocolate ice cream, or better yet, hot chocolate. I don't know if these are actual recipes, but it sounds good doesn't it?
