ok infant length shoes are diverse than sons and daughters. infant sizes are seen to be a million-4 and then infant sizes (or sons and daughters) 5-10 then it is going directly to older little ones-little ones sizes- from 10.5-6 (it stops at 13 a million/2 and starts from a million yet returned yet a length a million in little ones may be the size of a 6 year old foot! )and then it is going directly to person sizes. you're saying your 3 year old wears a length 7-that's length 7 for sons and daughters- so in case you order up a shoe in a length 7 for sons and daughters then that's the miraculous length to your daughter! A length 7 you're able to placed on-isn't in the little youngster section yet in the in the ladies. And a length 6 could be in the youngsters length...

I'm not completely sure b/c my kids haven't reached that stage yet,but I think the little sizes go up to size 13 and after that I think is when they start size one with the big kid shoes.
good luck!
