Humidifier, keep clearing her nose with the little suction bulb. If she's too congested too sleep lying down, you can put her in a little baby chair and set it right inside the crib so she's safe, put the safety straps on and let her sleep sitting up. If she sleeps better upright, I'm betting ear infection, they hurt like a ***** when they're lying down, so go see your pediatrician tomorrow.

Sneezing and runny nose aren't usually teething... that's drooling, rubbing her mouth on anything and everything, and grumpy.

It's ok to give her a little infant tylenol for colds if you think she needs to get some sleep.

Oh, if she can't eat her formula because of the congestion? Give her some pedilyte or watered down formula in the bottle to help her out, just so she has something to eat. That probably is part of the problem.

Give her a little Tylenol for any pain or discomfort. Run a cool mist vaporizer in her room - moisture in the air will help her feel better. If her nose is stuffy, use a little saline nasal spray and the bulb aspirator (we call it the "snot snapper" ) =) to get it outta there. If she's got a cough too, try elevating the head of her mattress a little. (A folded towel under there should do the trick.)

It's hard when they're sick, but try not to give her anything other than the Tylenol until you speak to her doctor. Giving cold meds to a baby under a year isn't a good idea until you speak to the doctor because they can mask other, more serious, symptoms.

Good luck! I hope she feels better and you both get some sleep!

if she doesn't like store-bought teethers, try cooling wet cloths in the fridge for her to chew, and don't be afraid to give her motrin - it's the best, lasts longer than tylenol and is nearly impossible for them to OD on, once they're old enough to get into it, it takes more than a bottle to hurt them, unlike tylenol. Teething is a hard time for both of you, but good luck, just think how it must hurt to cut through those delicate gums!
