Skin problems like eczema, psoriasis, acne, etc., are generally caused by toxins in the blood. Most people, at their doctor's advice, treat the symptons (the rash, the itching, the dryness).
But the best way to rid ourselves of the symptoms is to treat the cause of the condition.

Depurant Herbs purify the blood by stimulating the body processes that eliminate the toxins.

The following herbs are Depurants:
Dandelion Root, Burdock Root, Poke Root, Red Clover

Combining herbs with different functions increases the productivity of the other herbs used.
These combinations are recommended in The How to Herb Book:
Combination 1: Yellow dock, Dandelion, Burdock, Licorice, Chaparral, Red Clover, Barbery, Cascara Sagrada, Yarrow, Sarsaparilla
Combination 2: Red cloer, Chaparral, Licorice, Poke Root, Peach Bark, Oregon Grape, Stillingia, Cascara Sagrada

I am currently using a blood purifier combination (to treat an acne-like condition) that I made myself using herbs that I had on hand. I used Burdock Root, Dandelion, and Yarrow. Yarrow is an activator herb that stimulates the body to heal itself.

Are you drinking water? Always try to aim for the recommended daily amount. If you aren't getting it currently it can do wonders for your skin. I get flare ups more often if I'm not drinking enough.

Its said that roobios (drunk as a tea or taken as a supplement if you can find it) does wonders for skin and has been used in Africa for ages. I haven't found that its had a huge impact as of yet (just started), but it might be something worth a shot.

Eczema patients can avoid scratchy fibers for softer ones like bamboo, cotton, or silk, which are gentler on the skin. Opting to buy organic fibers can also be a wise, healthy, and eco-friendly alternative. Learn here https://tr.im/b2BO3
