Younger or Older doesn't matter if they are immature. If they are younger, mature, have a dream and a passion, are confident, then they are just as good as older men. In fact, the more invigorated/passionate they are, the better. I tend to like people a couple years younger than me to five years older than me... or even more depending on their personality.
They have to love what they do, confident in their choices, mature while still being able to have fun, then age doesn't matter... to an extent. I wouldn't like a man 15 years older, just because that's awkward, but hey, it's out there, personally I like someone who's going through what I'm going through around the same age.
But I can't say I haven't fallen for older men as well as younger men. I've dated men one year younger than me and had crushes on men eight years older than me.

I used to prefer older men (10 years older or so) but ended up marrying a younger man (4 years younger.) I preferred older men because men's maturity level is typically behind womens by several years and older men tended to be more emotionally mature. My husband was an exception to that rule, though, and was exceptionally mature for a 19 year old (his age when we met and married.)

I honestly think if someone makes you happy and they are compatible go for it however 10 years younger or older is the limit and if you have a child the same age or in the same age range can cause problems so be careful because sometimes older or younger is not always better it soley depends on the person!

below are mentioned the stages of a females thinking and the changes in their requisites for a match.
from what i noticed from around meand experienced too, since last 5 years.
1.) 13/18-20 => they want somebody, they dont know who. they are new in the game so they don know what to opt for. at this age the first and foremost requisite is - sex.
2.) 20-23/24 => somebody smart and intelligent. cause most of them are in schools and college and what they realise is - smart ones have potential to be rich and they are cool anyways for being smart.
3.) 23/24-38 (varies on certain circumstances) => some nice guy(chances are they get married too) or for somebody who is simply rich and very wise/mature(=>older= money+status+experienced sex, which comes with experience anyways).
4.) 38 and older => somebody younger than them, preferably. money does not have that much importance now(bling bling days are over) but yes still have some years for great sex.

Depends on the woman's age. My bf is 10 yrs younger than me. Younger women would want older men for security.

I prefer older men, because it sounds cool and if I'm 16 and I date an 11 year old, it looks like I'm babysitting instead of going on a date. But most of the time, I go for guys my age.

Older, definitely without a doubt older men. Older men are wiser, and have more of a gusto for life. In most cases, their experience goes beyond romance, but with how they live their life. Every young woman should find themselves a nice older man, perhaps they'll learn a thing or two.

I like to think that older men are more mature and more experienced. I don't have to worry about dealing with a boy. There is also the idea that they could possibly be more intelligent since they had (hopefully) already gone through college so the conversations would be better.

All other things being equal, the man will usually choose the hottest woman and the woman will usually choose the richest man. Younger women tend to be hotter. And since it usually takes some time to accumulate or legally inherit wealth, a lot of time you see the age difference. It's not our faults that our search for a mate is so superficial. We're socialized to be this way, while at the same time pretending it's deep with make believe things like unconditional love and soul mates.
