God will not choose a "religion." He will choose individuals who live their lives in accordance with his divine principles. That is it. No religion as a whole will be "saved". Each person must make an account for HIMSELF to God.

God will not choose a religion. People who think they have some golden ticket to Heaven simply because they belong to a certain religion are only fooling themselves.

God cares what is in your heart and how you act. The rest is like glossy marketing, designed to get people to do what the church wants them to do.

To believe otherwise is to believe in a malevolent God who would be playing some kind of cruel, twisted game.

God will and already has chosen the ones that are faithful to HIM.

My best analogy in all this is what i tell everybody who has an ear to listen. The earth we live in is like a bus stop. Our faith in Him is our fast pass. When the end times come, Jesus will drive by in a bus to pick up all that has the fast pass to board. The ones that don't, will be left behind at the bus stop. Unfortunately at that time, the bus stop will be the worse neighborhood you can imagine. Picture a neighborhood occupied by rapist, murderers, serial killers, arsonists, the list goes on.

The thing with ANY religion is that it boils down to the person's "faith" in it. The end times are sooner than you think with the world in chaos as it is so you better have your "fast pass".

Only God has the authority to say which religion is acceptable to him. Any can make such a Claim. So, we are to let him answer that question, by searching the Scriptures for what he says about it :

"If, moreover, you call out for understanding itself and you give forth your voice for discernment itself, if you keep seeking for it as for silver, and as for hid treasures you keep searching for it, in that case you will understand the fear of Jehovah, and you will find the very knowledge of God." -- Proverbs 2:3-5

"The heart of the understanding one acquires knowledge, and the ear of wise ones seeks to find knowledge" -- Proverbs 18:15

The following serve as guides to show you where to look for the Scriptures that answer your questions:

1 Are all religions pleasing to God, or is just one?
2 Why are there so many religions that claim to be Christian?

Only trust God himself to tell you how to please him. There are many falsely claiming to know. Verify everything yourself. Your life depends on it. Thats why we are counselled to:

"Make sure of all things; hold fast to what is fine."

I don't perceive "God" to have human features, emotions, motivations, or preferences. Therefore, I don't believe there is any "choosing" involved. I believe we all return to the same source from whence we came in the end. Whether that be a collective spiritual consciousness or simply the elements of our creation is anyone's guess. Religion itself is man-made.

God would use a Religious Organization that was speaking the Truth, about the Kingdom that Jesus talked to the people about. It's a Heavenly Government.

"How to tell truth from false religion"

What is false religion?

Why does religion seem to be at the root of so many problems?
The fault lies, not with all religion, but with “false” religion.

False Religion...MEDDLES IN WAR AND POLITICS: How many religions can you think of whose members engage in war?

False Religion...SPREADS FALSE DOCTRINE: Most religions teach that the soul or spirit is some invisible part of a human that survives the death of the physical body. However, the Bible teaches a different doctrine. “The soul that is sinning, it itself will die.” Ezekiel 18:4 Jesus taught that the dead will be resurrected, an unnecessary action if humans had an immortal soul. Does your religion teach that the soul does not die?

False Religion...TOLERATES IMMORAL SEX: Church groups ordain gay and lesbian members of the clergy. What, though, does the Bible teach? It plainly states: “Do YOU not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men.” 1 Cor. 6:9,10 Do you know of religions that condone immoral sex?

How to identify true religion.

True Religion...PRACTICES LOVE: True worshippers are “no part of the world,” are not divided by race or culture, and display “love among themselves.” Rather than killing one another, they are willing to die for one another.

True Religion...TRUSTS GOD'S WORD: Instead of teaching “tradition” and “commands of men as doctrines,” true religion bases its doctrine on God's Word, the Bible

True Religion...STRENGTHENS FAMILIES AND UPHOLDS HIGH MORAL STANDARDS: True religion trains husbands to “love their wives as their own bodies,” helps wives to develop “deep respect for their husbands,” and teaches children to “be obedient to their parents.”

True Religion is available, search for it.

There is no consensus among researchers as to the best methodology for determining the religiosity profile of the world's population. A number of fundamental aspects are unresolved:

Whether to count "historically predominant religious culture[s]"
Whether to count only those who actively "practice" a particular religion
Whether to count based on a concept of "adherence"
Whether to count only those who expressly self-identify with a particular denomination
Whether to count only adults, or to include children as well (abuse and the escape from religion)
Whether to rely only on official government-provided statistics
Whether to use multiple sources and ranges or single "best source(s)"

Do your research, and assuming you are an intelligent person, you will find a religion that can be proven and makes sense to your intellect. There's lots of books to read on the subject. Ask around.

Very good question.

The simple fact is that no one today can truly claim they know the will of G-d.

All a person can do is search and find what is best for themselves.

Then they have to trust that G-d will know that there intentions are honest and genuine.

According to the Old testament God instructed parents to teach their children his laws.
What is wrong with doing it his way?
All religions come from someones opinion.
Jesus started his church, and man corrupted it.
But, according to scripture God gave us a group that carry his name. A few more than 6.5 million world wide, who are careful of what they do, and say. Who actually follow Jesus instructions, and as Jesus said they would be.........are hated by almost everyone not of our faith.
Who are they? Knock ...Knock.
Let us in to talk with you next time we call at your door.
Yes, we follow Jesus, Jehovah's earthly son.
