No. He certainly should be though, however those who make the rules don't necessarily have to live by them - especially if those who make the rules have the power to silence all dissenters.

In order to be tried and convicted for a crime he has to commit one
he hasn't,
who ever told you he did lied
Almost all the killing in Iraq is from Iraqis and terrorists from other Middle Eastern countries. Still less people are dying in Iraq then before The U.S. caught Hussein and the Iraqi government executed him.
You will never hear that on CNN or read it in Newsweek
Most of the media is liberal, and liberals will always hate what George Bush does.
If he decided not to go to war, the liberals would say that he didn't care about the safety of the country
so i guess the answer to your question is no
Please get you facts straight before asking questions,
I would hate to have to question your intelligence

NO, at least not in the USA, we cannot convict our president of war crimes. There is no judicial sytem here for such a trial. It would have to be done through international laws, I am serious..go read the citizens war tribunal, professors of law speak about it.
He maybe could be convicted of treason here though, I dont think there is sufficient evidence of that ,,at least not that I know of.

There is no criteria for bringing an accusation against the president, spelled out in the constitution. That is what impeachment is. Now, perhaps the dems will do it, perhaps they will be more concerned with the state of the country. Afterall, when the reps did it to Clinton, they weren't able to hear the warnings of 9/11, and then it happened...who wants to repeat that history? However, if they did, would they be considered by the right to be 'brave', or 'dividers'?

He would if he had committed any, he would have to face them just as uneducated liberals who falsely accuse him of said crimes should have to ...Do not accuse just because demoncrats says he has. Get the facts first....And if You,( not your favorite talk show host ), You - can come up with sufficient physical evidence to support your claim (not what someone else trying for office says) then yes ...present your evidence ,and have him tried ,and convicted.. So there is your answer to your question ....Plain,and Simple

for him to be tried on war crimes we would have to have a civil war much like the one we started in iraq. while it would be nice to think there was such a thing as justice it could only be brought about by civil war.

Bill Clinton wanted to go to war with Iraq in 1998, should we charge him with war crimes too if Bush used Clinton's intelligence?

I thought after WWII we vowed to never let genocide happen? Didn't Clinton get criticized for letting the genocide occur in Rwanda? So why should Bush be charge for saving lives?

Look, I hate Bush as much as anybody, but: What war crimes?

Going to war is not the same thing as committing a war crime. So what are your specific charges to try him on?
