Must depend on the starbucks. The one i go to, i still hear people order them.

Yes they do, we have a million Starbucks where I live, and it's on all the recipe boards in the stores. My friend ordered one about a week ago when we went. You might try the new Cinnamon Dolce Latte..it has a really nice burnt caramel flavor, it's soooo good!

Caramel Machiattos are one of our most popular drinks. We could never get rid of it for fear of inciting a riot amongst our loyal drinkers. CM's are not going anywhere anytime soon.

Yes; you have to ask for it though. They have alot of things that arn't on their menu's.
