What color is it? If it is clear, don't worry about it. If it isn't, then maybe you should call the doctor.

I wouldn't worry about it though if she has no other symptoms and eats/sleeps well.

Our bodies are made to heal us. Sometimes, trying to intervene with drugs makes our bodies less efficient at doing what they are made to do.

Nothing, she probably just has a cold from the wierd wacky weather...my daughter woke yesterday with a nose that's dripping like a tap with no other symptoms too, so all I give her is an antihistamine and occassionally a dose of Calpol, since I know that there is a molar about to break through her gumline.

Give your daughter a dose of Piriton and see if it helps :)

Sounds like a winter cold that never ends. If the mucus color changes from clear to green or yellow it has deleoped into a sinus infection which requires antibiotics. But honestly, my daughter's nose has been dripping since November.

I agree, either allergies or sinus trouble. My 2 yr old son has been sneezing off & on the past few days. It's easy for allergies & sinuses to mess up at the drop of the hat when the weather is cool one week & the next week it almost feels like spring.

Allergies, dry climate or if she keeps sticking her finger in her nose, it's possible she's got something stuck up there. It wouldn't hurt to suck out all the mucus with a bulb and see if she'll let you have a look up her nose.

depends on what color it is but if it's just clear it could just be allergies. There's a vapor that you can put in their bath water and that might help clear her up more it's made by Johnson and Johnson. Or they also have a vapor rub made just for young kids and baby's.

Good luck and I hope she get better.

My daughter is 21 months and had the same issue. The doctor said that her body was trying to fight an infection. He told me to give her juice and vitamins to up her immune system. Good luck :) by the way- it worked...

2 year molars?

I agree with the other poster: unless it is yellow, green or has blood; is accompanied by other symptoms or lasts longer than 14 days I wouldn't worry.

If it's clear, it's probably allergies. If it's not clear (green or yellow) it's probably the start of a cold or a virus.

its just because of the weather, if you are into giving medicine, there is something called "simply stuffy" by "little remedies" see if that will help her. if not try keeping her face covered as much as possible while yall are outside.
