about weather..?

why is it that erie,were i am,didn't get any snow during christmas but got it a month after? does it have to do with global warming? is like winter moving and switching with spring or something? i am lost

weather patterns change from year to year.
Snow in Jan. and Feb. is normal. If it continues into April or May you might want to think about it.
