What kind of environment are you in? High school? College? Work? Other friends know him? School work ask a question to him about it, work ask him a question about work, find a simular interest that you know he knows about and ask him, does he do something in sports? Ask him a question, guys usually like it when they have the answers! Good luck! Lunch time together, be behind him in line and make a comment about wonder what's good to eat today, good luck!

Ask him out. It's the boldest move you can make. Not too many guys get asked out, so be the woman to stand out among the rest.

Whatever you do don't act stupid to get his attention. If u do he will think you are a joke. If u really like him ask him to hang out a couple of times, then u after that u tell him you like him.

haha yea i was in the same problem. hint ... try to stand out from everyone! not in a annoying way, but in a cool and smooth way. and if he doesn't care then drop it, he probably missed out... that's what happened to me. so just give him glances ... try to say something to him!
