Airlines can select the interior features of their planes when they buy them. Continental and a few others (for example, Korean Air on some routes) have video monitors in coach in each seat on B-767s, but American Airlines does not.

NO, but the ones that do rock the house. I was on a NWA flight and it went so fast with the movies right there.
