i dont believe but since god is a word in the dictionary i use it, by writing it it doesnt mean i believe...i can write unicorn and superman but i dont think they exist

I think you have them mixed up. Atheists generally make a point of not capitalizing the word god, but still typing it, to emphasise the fact that this god is just one of many throughout history and no more important than any other.

I've never noticed an atheist do that. I thought it was the religious who did that so that they weren't using their lords name in vain?
