Try a heat mask, you get a washcloth wet, wring it out some, put in the microwave and nuke for about 2 minutes. Remove, it will be VERY HOT!!!!! Let it cool so that you can put it on your face while you lay down. This should help break up your sinus congestion and take some pressure off the teeth. If you have a severe sinus infection, antibiotics are the only way you are going to get rid of it, so naturally, see the doc. Try some Ibuprofen as directed as well. Good luck.

Slather some Vicks or Mentholatum under your nose nice and thick and breathe deeply through your nose. If this doesn't work get some hot chicken soup and add lots of black and cayenne pepper to it, it will be spicy but it will cause some serious drainage. If this still doesn't work then take a decongestant, wait till after you try the cheap easy stuff though since decongestants can dehydrate you and even make other symptoms you have worse. Another thing you can try is to massage the sides of your nose under your eyes and your forehead just above your eyebrows, if it feel like alot of pressure your are in the right place. Just keep applying counter pressure to it and massage it, sometimes this helps the pain to go away quickly even though it doesn't actually fix the situation.

I would try a saline nasal rinse (not a spray.) A full warm water saline rinse goes in one nostril and out the other. It draws out all the gunk and shrinks the tissue (like swimming in the ocean). The buffered salt doesn't 'sting' as much as plain salt water. You can use a new method like Nasopure, or the vintage, Netipot.
