Not that I have ever heard of and I have lived in Vegas for over thirty years. Friends who worked in casino never mentioned being drug tested. And I think if a casino thought an employee was "using" that would find a quick and valid excuse to terminate the employment that shift. Working in the casino industry is an "at will" employment which means they can fire you without cause!

With the amount of money that changes hands at a casino, the more reputable casinos will do drug testing. Some of the smaller ones may not, but if you work at a big one, count on drug testing.

I can't speak for the hundreds of Las Vegas casinos who are not affiliated with each other in any way, but I'm sure most do.
