ESPN is the network that brought the entire season of live NASCAR into American homes. Before that only a few races were live. Some were shown on tape a few weeks after they were run. ESPN also brought live sprint and midget competition to the small screen with Thursday Night Thunder. I expect only the best in race coverage from ESPN. After all, they're the network that showed the others how to do it.

I hope so.It has been what 7 years since ESPN broadcast races?I think they know how everyone felt about NBC's attempt. It was ESPN/ABC that presented to NASCAR the way they show the IRL races with a smaller screen still showing the race.Of course NASCAR in its wisdom shot that down.I remember the way ESPN handled the races. If they do like they did it will be better.

ESPN is gonna be great they did a great job calling it back in the 90's and they do a great job covering the IRL I think that with rusty wallace on board it will be a lot better than NBC they seemed to not be too much into the sport on NBC they just came and covered it

Yes, I believe it will be. I remember watching NASCAR on ESPN a decade ago, and I miss how well the coverage was regarding the racing action. FOX and NBC tends to pay attention to a handful of drivers and I have been disappointed in their coverage of the whole race. I am looking forward to watching NASCAR on a professional sports channel, that will satisfy one's craving for exciting and fun racing!

you need to bypass with Fox, because fairly frankly they do each and everything more beneficial advantageous than the different networks do. TNT has too many classified ads, and its glaring they arent broadcasting the races for viewership they are broadcasting for promoting money. ESPN with its insurance of the IRL and of Champ ought to fairly use the split show they use at the same time as they educate those races quite of the business interruptions. no longer in trouble-free terms that yet Fox has the most knowledgable race announcers, ESPN has people interpreting immediately off a teleprompter and they attempt to bypass way too severe foreheadwith a sport it is as large because that is because it nonetheless connects with the unique fan base it had, at the same time as stil pulling in a spread of recent followers from diverse bypass sections of the regular public. ESPN looks wanting to alienate each and every fan of nascar. TNT basically has commercial complications, and a extreme lack of expertise in its broadcasting of races, perhaps if it grow to be basketball.

Nothing could be worse than NBC's coverage last year. I think ESPN will do a good job (again).

I am pretty optimistic about NASCAR being on ESPN, and I think it will be better.
Why? well I just thought that ESPN is a completely sports channel, so it has to provide good coverage for viewers
that was kinda vague, but hopefully you understand.

Absolutely. It couldn't have been much worse than NBC,there were so many times last year that I almost put my foot thru the t.v. screen due to their pathetic coverage. Thank god thats over with,ESPN will be vastly superior.
