Video editing?

Hey,

I use windows XP Media Center Edition and i havent ever used video editing software but i want to know what a good program for this is? ....Like where you can make backwards videos and make stuff all slow motion....o yea and my comp can handle it......

Start with Windows Movie Maker ... it's simple to use & already on your PC.

On the other extreme is Adobe Premier which offers very advanced features & tools.
