Try telling him,"It sounds like your busy, call me when you have time to talk." Then let him call you. If he tells you he can talk then, or calls while playing his games, then you need to be more direct. Explain as nicely as you can that you enjoy talking to him but don't want to compete with a game. Ask if he would please just respect that you give him your full attention and you would appreciate the same from him.

You deserve to be treated with the same respect you give to anyone, especially the boyfriend who says he cares for you.

You should let him know how you feel. Tell him that you feel his video games are more important to him than you are. Ask him is there anything that you are doing that makes him feel unimportant. When he says "no", then tell him that the video games are taking up too much time that should be spent with you. Also let him know that you are not saying he should never play his video games. You just want him to pay more attention to you.

i think you should talk to him about....ask him if hes really listening to what your saying and just tell him it would mean alot if he would pay full attention. But if he plays the games and pays attention then its all good, hes just multi-tasking. But i understand what you mean it is a pain in the *** when your trying to have a conversation and all you hear is a video game in the back......talk to him about it...nothing gets solved with silence but dont make it a big issue cuz then things just get sloppy.

Find out info about the game and then tell him in the game lingo that you don't like it when he does that.

Something like 'Valentine ( from Sonic the Hedgehog) doesn't like it when Sonic (the Hedgehog) eats Chili-dogs with tails instead of her'

If the game is so much more God damn important than talking to you, you don't need him dragging you down!

hey get some points if you want to join in on the fun. Find a game you could both play or find another playmate.

disappear or stay out of reach for a couple of days.he'll EVENTUALLY notice that he hasn't seen or talked to you. he'll come looking for you then. sometimes it takes a woman to play hard to get before guys pays you some attention.

I used to do that as well. I never had time to play so I had to multitask. Sometimes she'd get mad & hang up.

You need to get a grip and tell him that video games aren't as important as you!
