My kids used to do this to me all the time by accident.. and I could never figure it out until I started playing with it.. and finally got it to work! Its like the rest of them said.. click on it and drag it back down to the bottom. You can also drag it to the top and the other side if you wanted :) Good Luck :)

First, right-click on the bar and see if "Lock Taskbar" is checked. If it is, un-check it.

Then press and hold the left mouse button on the bar and drag the brar downward to the very bottom of the screen. You should see a grey rectangle outline appear on the bottom of the screen. Release the mouse button then, and it will move the taskbar to the bottom.

You can also move the taskbar to the top and either side of the window as well.

Hi Just Me!
Right click on the taskbar and hold it down and then drag it with the mouse back to the bottom of your monitor. You can also lock it so little sis can't move it. Right click on the taskbar and click on (lock the taskbar) do that again and if there is a check mark in front of lock the taskbar it's locked! Have a good week Just Me!

top click the taskbar and click "lock the taskbar " button, then you definately could be waiting to go your taskbar everywhere. pass it to the backside, top click and verify the button returned.

make a right click over it, there should be a check mark on 'Lock the task bar' if there isn't, the task bar in unlocked just click on it and drag it back to the bottom, then lock it so it wont happen again.

Click on it and drag to the side. It's very easy. I've had mine on the side for years, since I like having 20ish folders and programs open at one time, and it makes it very easy for me to see what I have open because I can actually read full names of programs, folders, etc.
