All of the products which you have mentioned are probably filled with sulfates and silicones. You probabaly have never heard of these before, so I will explain.
Sulfates are harsh detergents which are found in many shampoos, from drugstore to salon. They strip hair of its moisture, leaving it dry and flat. The most commonly found sulfates include sodium laurel/yl sulafate, sodium laureth sulfate, ammonium laurel/yl sulfate, and ammonium laureth sulfate. I recommend avoiding them, which can be hard. Almost all drugstore shampoos contain them, the only drugstore shampoos that I know of that don't are cream of nature shampoos, and burts bees shampoos. Sulfate free shampoos that can be found at Ulta include MOP (modern organic products) shampoos, and Devacurl low poo and no poo.
Silicones can be found in many types of hair products. They coat hair, leaving it shiny looking, but require harsh sulfate shampoos to be removed, starting a vicious cycle. Most silicones end with -xane, and -cone. Some silciones are worse, than others. The worst silicone is probably cyclopentasiloxane, while others like amodimethicone are water soluble. Trader joes conditioners are silicone free, along with suave naturals and some vo5 conditioners. I am happy using Activate Hydrating Conditioner from Ulta right now, and the Devacurl and Devacare conditioners at Ulta are also supposed to be really good. Curlmart.com has a huge selection of curly hair products too. Adding honey to your conditioner also adds shine and volume.
I'd also recommend not shampooing more than 1-2x a week, and using microfiber towels instead of terrycloth. Jessicurl.com has some great demo videos on how to apply products, and her products are supposed to be wonderful also. Curly Girl by Lorraine Massey is also a helpful book. Naturallycurly.com is a great website, and the forums are great too. Believe it or not, I could go on more, but I won't. Hope that helps!

Curly hair is inherently dry and hence frizzy. So you need to hydrate your hair really well. Invest in a good moisturizing shampoo that is free from sodium lauryl/ laureth sulphate (these are harsh detergents that can deplete hair of its natural oils). Also use a deep conditioner twice a week. Oil treatments are good. But they can cause build up, so use a clarifying shampoo once in two weeks. That gives hair kind of a fresh start.

boost options each and daily consequences works nicely for me John Frieda Garnier Fructis Shine Miracle Anti-Frizz Serum Blow drying then straightening your hair may also help with the frizz as well, in case you would prefer to shop your curls, blow dry, then re-curl utilising a curling iron or curlers that are charged with ions. :)

Have you ever considered flat ironing your hair with a chi iron? Do you want to keep the curly look? If so, try Chi silk infusion. You can find this product at any beauty brand store. Its expensive but it works. I hope this helps. Oh, keep those ends trimmed.
