Good question; read these Scriptures in this order...

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" Romans 3:23

"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 6:23

"But God commended his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:9-10

" If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sin, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness". I Jn.1:9

1st you must hear God's word, then you must believe what you have heard and accept it (Acts 8:37). The next step is repentance(Acts 2:38), then you must confess that Jesus is son the God (Acts 8:37, Rom. 10:10). Then you must be baptized (This being completely immersed in the water not sprinkling. If you look at the story of The Ethiopian eunuch(Acts 8:27-39), the scripture says that they went down into the water). Mark 16:16 is one piece of scripture that says that you must be baptized in order to be saved. If you do all this and you follow God's word after you are a Christian, repenting when you have sinned, then you will have salvation. This is what the Bible teaches so read these scriptures and read and study the Bible.

Salvation causes of to enter the door to the kingdom and its gives us the keys to the kingdom growth and development and time spent in the presence of GOD gives us access right and power to operate as kings in the kingdom. so GOD's plan for salvation is that you would come through the door grab the keys and and find other doors that lead to life. and prosperity.

God wishes all be saved. All you need to do is ask Jesus into your life, and believe it. Salvation is a gift. All we need to do is accept Jesus as Lord, and believe God raised Him from death. And tell someone! See Romans 10:9-13.

There is no need for salvation, that is idiotic! Most souls cross over and religion has nothing to do with it.

The Almighty YHVH created this world very good. Once man sinned, he could no longer meet the requirements of YHVH. Because of His great love for man, He sent His son the Savior. The Savior's name means YHVH is my Savior!--YAHOSHUA! The only way one can have his sins taken care of is to invite the Savior in to carry them. If a person chooses to remain attached to their sins, they will be consumed in the cleansing fire the Almighty will send to cleanse this world so He can make it new! How could the Almighty be more generous?

God doesn't need salvation.

We do though and since any act on our own behalf is insufficient to impress God, he has given us the opportunity to find atonement through Christ and righteousness by the Holy Spirit.
