Why are you asking this question in Dogs? I thought rock bottom was the bottom that there's no more going down from there, you can only go up

Of course - this is the part of life where you either stand up or just lay down. If you have any fears just know that the Bible teaches, "Greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world." God is a shelter in the time of the storm. I don't know what your situation is and I don't pretend to make light of it but, this is actually a pretty good starting point for you because you can't go any further. You can launch off in any direction you want to go in (up naturally) and use this experience as a testimony for someone else who may not have the strength that you have. Best to you.

You can do it. Sometimes what seems like rock bottom to you is still a place of blessing for someone else. Just remember to be thankful for what you do have, stay focused and stay positive. Know that whatever your situation is, you can overcome. Prayer changes things.

There is always a way to pull yourself up. Unfortunately it is usually a long and painstaking process unlike the fun, slippery slope that is a downward spiral. Find support, and drag yourself up with help from others, but faith in ones self.

This is the last line in a poem or saying that is called "desiderata" I think that's how its spelt.
And remember with all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams it is is still a beautiful world. Be careful and strive to be happy.
