my friend wants itunes to store his music but every time we uninstall it then reinstall it it comes up with an error saying "itunes has encountered a problem" and the dont send and send reoprt button is with that...
what can we do to fix this problem??

Ensure:

↓ You have Java and Adobe Flash Installed
↓ Download the latest version of Quicklime
↓ Disable your Anti - virus while downloading (a key element to making the application not work) Just remember to re activate after the installation.
↓ Allow cookies
↓ Ensure your firewall is set to the correct level

The anti - virus is key and is the most likely reason. It will be safe to disable it during the download period.

try downloading itunes again. also check the system spec. to see if the computer has enough resources.
also restart after the uninstall use a app like regclean to get rid of any register entries
