You could, but why would you want to? The purpose of a pressure cooker is to raise the boiling point so the water will get hotter before boiling. Boiling water, no matter how hard it is boiling, never gets any hotter. By putting it under pressure you can make the water hotter.

Why you would want to do this for spaghetti is beyond me, the idea with spaghetti is to get it to absorb water and you could do that even in cold water.

Why would you want to? As another poster suggested, pasta only takes 10 minutes to boil and the sauce doesn't take too much longer. Pressure cooking is good for doing items that you want cooked quickly that normally take 1/2 or longer with conventional methods.

True. Pressure cookers delay water boiling until a higher temperature than 212 F (100C) is reached. Higher temps mean faster cooking.

You could cook the sauce in a pressure cooker, but it would be a waste of effort to cook the pasta in one.

Absolutely not!! Your noodles will be soggy and unedible. Boil your noodles until just tender and no longer. Cook your sauce in a separate pot and pour on top of the noodles.
