she is paralyzed from her waist down she had a bad car wreak 6 years ago and i want to help her recover

This is a spinal cord injury and the spinal does not reknit. If the doctors have given up hope, then there is nothing that you can do. So sorry. Just being her friend should help lots. This sounds cold and hard hearted but it is the facts.

Nerve cells do not repair......usually.
If the accident happened 6 years ago I would say her "recovery"phase is long since up.
Just be there for her and support her would be best
