just get him something small if anything, guys hate cards so don't worry about a card. Give him something he can eat- guys love to eat and it's not a big deal. bake him a few cookies or muffens or something. Don't make a big deal out of it and if he doesn't get you anything don't feel bad about it, just shrug and say- I wanted to do something nice for you.

thats the same for me.. i just started going out with a guy one week ago and i didnt know what to get him.. get him like a cd or a stuffed animal that says i love you.... my bros gf got that for him and he slept with it and he loves it!!!!!! he'll probably like anything that you give him!!!
