I have found that literacy is at an all time LOW here on Y!A.
It personally irritates me when people do and do not capitalize properly. I too, get lazy from time to time~ but you must capitalize God and Christ Jesus and the Holy Spirit. I always say "HE DIED FOR YOU; the least you could do is give HIM a "big G"!! LOL. Seriously though.

No, I'm more suspect of people that say they are Christian but don't capitalize "God," since a Christian should know that there is a big difference between God and god. Still, some people type fast and things get overlooked. Heck, for all I know their shift keys don't work. It is a respect thing, though.

If someone claims to be a Christian, you need to find compelling evidence otherwise before you go to the extreme of calling them a liar. You really have to take people at their word until you have evidence otherwise.
Neglecting to capitalize the word is merely a grammar error, as is forgetting to capitalize God.

Oh come on! I sometimes write proper names of people without capitalizing them on this page. We tend to go pretty fast here. Sometimes I start my sentences without capitals. and i bet the spell checker would not catch it. - just tried it and it didn't.
EDIT:
But then again, it may be a sign that they belong to a secret atheist society, and as soon as a Christian sees their answer on his or her computer, the computer will be invaded by all sorts of atheistic viruses. So you had better be careful of your computer now. Have it checked.

Perhaps some people just don't capitalize. That seems too much of a conspiracy theory for my tastes.

I am going to give anyone who claims your religion the benefit of the doubt, since your religion is about accepting all people, and actively bringing about a global christian earth, and all that stuff.

Probably due to the fact that they are undereducated in the basics of sentence structure and capitalization.

It's most likely just another symptom of the pitiful state of literacy in America.
