A good site is www.allrecipes.com or www.recipezaar.com. This is a recipe I used this past Christmas and everyone loved them.

1/2 cup butter, melted
1 pound confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon shortening

Directions:
1. Combine the melted butter or margarine, confectioners' sugar, peanut butter, and the vanilla together and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on waxed paper
2. Melt the semisweet chips and shortening in microwave. Use a toothpick to dip the peanut butter balls. Place on waxed paper and refrigerate until chocolate is firm.

I make these Buckeyes all the time. Beagles recipe is closet to mine. I do not add any shortening to my melted chocolate though. These are yummy stuff!
