If you are on a diet you should eat foods that are high in protein & fiber because they make you feel fuller. Fruits and veggies are good sources of fiber. Try adding some grilled chicken on top of your salad- watch the salad dressing though- that can pack a lot of calories. Cereal is good, go for a cereal with a lot of grams of protien and low grams of sugar. Fish is good for protien. Like tuna on crackers. Eggs are good, but try to skip the yolks- that is where all the cholesteral and fat is. and make sure you do some cardio every day. You will lose weight much faster than just dieting alone.
