and how can i start talking to him! I want his phone number, but i dont wanna ask for it, unless he gives it to me. I'm going to tell him hes cute tomarrow..is that a good idea? ask him to hang out. give him compliments but not too much. and flirt with him and maybe you should actually tell him you're interested.

tell him he's cute and tell him he needs a good girlfriend to take care of him and smile a lot at him....make hints like that and say hwo u wish u had a nice guy to be with etc....he'll get it.

as long as you convey an interest. that is easy to decipher... asking a question or two instead of making more comments might be better..... after first saying "hey.... your cute"....
