I was working with this quite a bit, when my high school sweetie made a negative comment at school one day. I told him to watch the clock at 11pm. I had been to his room several times, so I knew where I was going. At 10:30ish, I started. I did the relaxation and meditations and such, then felt myself start to 'fall'. This is the hardest part, when you feel yourself 'leave' , to go with it instead of snapping awake. I just flew up and above, looked down, but didn't see me as me...just a shadowy place below me, I guess. I pictured my BF's room in as much detail as I could in my mind. I saw his face..not much else, though. I saw that he was looking at a book. I 'pictured' myself as a big glowing light. He was ignoring me (or not seeing me?), so I 'flew' past his desk and ruffled some papers. This actually took several attempts. It is harder than one would think...
He finally looked up, his eyes got big, then I was back in my room at home with my eyes open, looking at my ceiling. He mentioned it the next day and was a little afraid of me for a while.

I'll describe two, though you won't believe me if you don't have an open mind, I'm sure.

1. Someone I knew was missing (he had bouts of amnesia). I meditated, asking where he was (more remote viewing), and saw an image of him lying on the ground under several trees, and had a strong feeling that he was south of where we were (NY). He came back and told how he woke up in the woods in PA.
2. I tried to do an astral projection to see what someone who lived in CA was doing. I had never seen (or heard described) his house or neighbourhood. I saw him leave his house, walk down the street, cross two intersecting streets and then to the other side of his street, go into a convenience store and buy something. I looked it up on Google Earth and the house, the intersections, and the nearest convenience store were exactly as I saw them.

1. I had a habit when I was a collage of checking on my room at my parents house (over 600 miles away). Only thing is I would forget to close my door when i was finished. The next time my parents came down to visit my mom told me to stop. She was getting really aggitated about having to close my door everytime she walked by it.
2. (Again when i was at collage) My roomie and I were at a party just off campus. I decided to go back to campus early because I was tired. I was concerned for her so I decided to check up on her. I followed her back to our room to make sure she made it safely. When we came back through the door I accidently slammed it shut. I got back to my body and she was standing over it white as a ghost and her mouth hanging wide open.
