I think that is a tremendous idea; however, I'd skip the "I love you." What are some of the other sayings on those little heart candy: Hugs, You're So Fine--I'd skip the "I Love You," it might scare him off--it's better to just have fun. He will really love it that you baked something for him and made a so personal. Happy Valentines Day! Let it be innocent and sweet--you are only 15 and there will be so many more.

Put the cupcakes on a tray and spell out "i love you" and then put candy hearts and hershey kisses around the cupcakes.
