I am going to Camp Lester in Okinawa for a medical appointment and was wondering how I say that in Japanese, in case I need to ask the taxi driverin Japanese.

The above poster means right if you speak Japanese. Camp Lester is known popularly by Japanese & Americans alike as Camp Kuwae if don't!

This ones more complicated looking to say: I need to go to the emergency room: kyuukyuushitsu ni ikanakereba narimasen.

Most of the time, taxi drivers know their way around in either Japanese or English (more or less). So you can ask "Kyampu Resutta ni ikkittai." (I would like to go to Camp Lester) But to get more specific, like if it is a specific building or hospital, it would be "Kyampu Resutta no byou-in ni ikkittai." (I'd like to go to the hospital at Camp Lester) So "byou-in" is hospital (with an "ow" sound)

According to Wikipedia, it is キャンプ桑江 (kyanpu resutaa).
Note: the kanji, however, is said is "kuwae" by itself, but Wikipedia seems to give it a pronounciation of Resutaa which is the Japanese equivalent of Lester.

sorry, i cant help you with saying it but I know that there are many english speakers in Okinawa, you could attempt just saying it in english.
