I was a exchange student last year, and right now I am in 11th grade,
The problem is my visa status is J1, and it also means that I am a holder of the student visa and can't work and drive in US?
I mean, I really wanna stay to study in United states...but The program is for 2 years, like whenever I get in 12 grade they are going to send me home,,so please help if you know what should I do?

J-1 is a exchange visitor visa is not a student visa ( although you can study with a J-1). F-1 is a student visa.
If you want to be a resident of the USA first you need a family member ( legal permanent residents or US citizens) who can petition you , you have to prove that there is a relationship between you and your sponsors and that they are willing to cover your living expenses while in the USA.
After you get somebody willing to help you, you need to fill many forms, pay fees ( expensive and you are not working), send everything to USCIS and wait ( hopefully they will approve your case, if they don't you go back to your country)
If your sponsor is a permanent resident it can take 4-5 years for you to obtain the residency ( if approved), if the sponsor is a US citizen you will wait arond 2-3 years( I think).

You are allowed to take one year of secondary education as a student and college until you finish whatever degree program you choose. As a college student you can stay through your AA to PhD as long as you keep at it.
Talk to your school and find out if they are allowed to accept foreign students (not as part of the exchange program.) If they are then have them give you the paperwork to show they will accept you as a student so you can get an F-1 visa from the consulate or embassy in your home country.
Keep in mind that as a secondary school student you wont be allowed to work. You will also not be able to work your first year of college. You should be able to get a driver's license as long as you can show you've been legally admitted to the counntry and are still in status.

When I was in high school we had exchange students from all over the world and most of them were able to get part time jobs (legally).

If none of that stuff works, ask at the consulate or embassy of your country in the U.S. They should know what you need to do.

Why can't you apply for a green card? You can't take your knowledge back home with you and help your country? Can you contact the immagration office?

That is a sad story, my advice for you would be to go to Las Vagas for a week or two, and just marry someone that drank too much, once you have done this you can stay here and make use out of our Wal Mart supermarkets,Exxon garages, and mile after mile of McDonald fast food restaurants as much as you please! xD
If that works out... my other bit of advice for you would be to:
Gain your free education in this pathetic country move somewhere decent, like Cuba... or Mexico. America is full of **** and i quite honestly wouldn't wish it on anyone, to live in this sour, overweight, corrupt country.
