What should I do about a guy that I like? Possibly something for Valentines day?

I have this guy friend that i think I like and i was wondering if I should something for valentines day? If I did, what should I do? Get him something? if so, what? or write him a note? Any ideas?

I've known him for a long time.

write him a poem, give him a cd or a bottle of his favorite cologne, make him some cookies...maybe even tell him you like him!

Well my idea would b 2 write him a note and ask if he wants to hook some time, b 4 Valentines, u shouldn't wait because if u wait 2 long nothing will happen, U should write him a letter or note saying how u feel. If u get a response u like Great, just b sure 2 add if u don't like me i hope we can b/still b friends.

Well not knowing the situation I can't give you advice directly, but there are things i'll advise you on. If you've known him for a while, you're pretty good friends, and he likes you back. Give him treats, like a big box of chocolates.(Be carefull he might be allergic). The best way to a man's heart is through his stomach, right? Then write a little note. Keep it real. Tell him how you feel without being to corney. If you just met him,its a crush, and you don't want to seem obvious and/or desprate ect...dont show you went outta your way. You want to keep him guessing. Therefore you should go with the small box of chocolates, and maybe try to show him you have a thing for him. You want him to know your interested

Guys hate Valentine's day. The best thing you could do for him is to tell him its lame and that you don't want to celebrate it at all. He'll be relieved and will like you more.
