Do any cardrooms hire 18 year olds as dealers?

I realize that 18 year olds can't gamble in any cardrooms (as far as I know), but can they deal? I'm in California.

You may find an Indian Reservation or two that allow 18+ but most casinos are 21 nowadays more so because of alcohol sales. Even at 18 you would still need to run through dealing school. Best thing to do is look for a charity promotion that deals poker and volunteer for that. You usually get under the table tips that can seriously add up.
