I know male pilots can use a bottle, but I wonder if a female pilot could use a diaper. Especially if she is flying with a male crewmember and can't use a urine collection device designed for females.

Yes, Sometimes.. The johnny tube is hard to use if it is bumpy. goes all over the place..Diapers work better for long flights, especially if you drink coffee in the morning before flight.

That is disgusting. And I bet you are single! You have a job, (which is a shock) so that means that you are fully capable of using the toilet. There is absolutely no excuse for the fact that you wear diapers besides PURE LAZINESS. I could see it being acceptable if you had a serious bowel problem, if you were mentally handicapped or if your age was a factor(which would fall under bowel problem). This question only suggests more questioning is necessary, like : Were you raised by a pack of wolves?! This is NOT acceptable. Do yourself and society a favor and ditch the diapers.

What type of pilots are you talking about? A helicopter pilot would eventually have to stop for gas where there are bathrooms. A small airplane pilot would do the same. All the big airplanes have crappers in them. But I guess if the pilot has the runs they might want to wear the diapers.

They don't wear diapers but there are bags that are designed for long flights where no toilet is available that they use.
