every site contain one two or sometime both contents: Java and Flash player ....with them u cant play game or seeing videos or pictures etc......some time some sites need both software to install in ur machine so that ur required wish can be fullfilled ..hope understand now..bye

It is needed only if you visit sites that use java in the web pages. Deleting it will prevent some websites from loading properly.

That would be a JAVA program. Keep it incase websites want to use JAVA related things.

you shouldn erase the java platform if so u wont be able to see any application that uses java nowadays several subprograms use this platform so id advise u not to get rid of it.

it's used for some sites and some flash games. it doesn't hurt to have it.
