from experience i have found that putting cockatiels in the same cage as parakeets arnt to much of a problem as long as the cage is large enough, but i have found that lovebirds can be bullies when it comes to other birds, even of the same species, they should be placed in a separate cage.

NO!
Cockatiels and budgies have the potential to be okay, but I would never cage multiple species together due to the simple risk of fighting. Both parties (species) have the capability of killing one another, if not seriously injuring.
Lovebirds are a whole different story. Even pairs of lovebirds aren't guaranteed to not fight amongst themselves and require separation (because they can and will fight to the death when they feel the need). They're highly territorial and generally aggressive. I have five lovebirds and I can't even let them interact out of the cage or they will undoubtedly fight. If you try and cage lovebirds with other species, chances are the lovebirds will pick a fight having seen these birds on "their" territory. And since cockatiels and budgies are so docile, they'll probably lose the fight but do the lovebirds sufficient damage.
To do so is asking for multiple bird injuries and deaths. Besides, you'd also need a HUGE cage for that. The rule I follow is that for every one bird in the cage, there has to be enough space for that one bird to spread its total wing span, that space multiplied by two. Especially since birds like to have their own space (bonded pairs will probably be more territorial to guard their territory), I would allow more when caging multiple birds that may bond, same or different species.

I know cocateils and parakeete go good togerther but not sure of love birds. I wouldn't though. One day my grandmother put her parakeets and lovebirds in the same cage and the love bird bit the parakeets leg and now the parakeet walks with a limp.

Well, cockatiels and parakeets have been known to be ok together, but I don't know about the love birds. It would have to be a very very big cage to avoid fighting, and the different food requirements would be difficult. If you absolutely must, the keets and tiels should be ok, but I would not put the loves in there too.

dont enable them bypass. in case you do she will leagaly sue you. the regulation sees her as a "breader" and the birds her "sources" and in case you enable the birds bypass its an similar as destruction of sources. like in case you took her vehicle and busted the domicile windows. WHAT you need to DO in case you REALY prefer to PISS HER OFF. first take pictures of the circumstances that the birds are in and record that there is yet another cage that she does no longer use then call the epa. they are going to hit her with a great which will be out of this international. SO HOW a lot do you want to GET HER.
